Get moving, learn something new, & make some new friends! Our adult dance classes are a great way to get some “me time” in our busy lives.

All classes listed below are held once per week – you may choose from the options below.

Adult Dance Classes

Adult Tap

Tap dance is a rhythmic dance style that focuses on coordination, rhythm, and musicality. Whether you are brand new or have been dancing with us for a few years, this the class to make music with your feet while you get your heart rate up and have some fun social time!

IDP Tap

Jazz Cardio Funk

Our popular cardio jazz funk class is back! Learn a dance routine in easy-to-follow incremental steps with the supermotivating Ms Shaina. Get your heart pumping, your body moving, and groove to some great tunes!

Conditioning & Pilates

A muscle conditioning & strength class open to adults &
IDP dancers. This class will incorporate pilates, isolations, and strength
exercises to improve posture, alignment, and overall strength.

Conditioning & Pilates (ages 12+)

Thursday 6:30 – 7:15pm
